F2F6FA7E-A12A-491D-B1F3-D859B4E80C92

My my faith is but a beggars bowl.

Each day I implore my King to fill with daily bread.

He satiates my hungry soul,

She fills me from Her bounty.

Sometimes with potato kugel.

Others with biscuits n gravy.

Sometimes moo shu pork.

Others a gyro sandwich or shrimp vindaloo.

Turkish coffee.  Darjeeling tea.

Pinot noir. Irish whiskey.

Baklava or Key lime pie with berries and cream.

My faith is but a beggars bowl.

Each day I implore my Queen to fill with daily bread.

She satiates my hungry soul,

He fills me from His bounty.

Ponderings, Rebbe Isaac Brebel Chuesh of blessed memory
